#improving #fibre #intake

Improving Fibre intake The winter months are filled with a lot of challenges which invariably affect systems of the body. More importantly, Colon health, hence the above subject Winter months are usually cold, wet and sometimes windy. These are not conducive to walking and other outdoor activities. Winter is also a time when intake of exercise and fresh green salad is rather limited and bowel habit can therefore be affected. Fibre is described as a broom that sweeps the colon, and prevent any waste hanging around. Therefore, preventing 'nasty' Diseases. Therefore, increasing fibre intake at this time is crucial for health. I will be sharing my top 5 tips to increasing your fibre intake soon. Be on the look out.

Health Promotion in Nigeria



It has been a busy week fully engaged in health promotion activities and nutritional counselling. So many challenges in African. 
Living healthy lifestyle as Africans is much more difficult nowadays than when I was a kid. Globalisation and nutritional transition are the main issues here. What do you think?

My name is Grace and my food is amazing, fresh and unique.
As a clinician of over 20 years experience and having recently bagged a nutritionist qualification, passion for food and health is huge.
At RNK, we carefully choose our ingredients, no additives are used and where possible they are local, good quality and ethical too. I also grow some of my own herbs and vegetables – cutting down the miles!  

Whether you a Vegan, a Vegetarian or a meat eater, this food is for you. More so, if you are looking for a healthy option, gluten free or diary free

Real passion and raw talent are the driving force in RNK. Our products are delivered with wholistic approach. What is more, we are health conscious too.

Over the years we have been proud of our products, hard work and Zeal. Our practice is underpinned by food safety and prompt service. We hold food hygiene, SFFBB (Safer Food For Better Business) Certificates, We have recently gained an HACCP certification  and certificate in food manufacturing.
